What is Pisco?

Pisco is a Peruvian grape distillate produced from selected wine grapes and distilled once to proof, without additives, wood aging, or post-distillation dilution. It is defined by purity and the true expression of the grape.

Vineyard & Selection

Golden Valley begins in Santa Cruz de Flores, where grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve aromatic clarity and balance.

Our first expression, Moscatel, was chosen intentionally — not because it is common, but because it offers floral precision, aromatic lift, and a structure that can stand both neat and in refined cocktails.

Distillation Philosophy

Distilled in small batches using traditional methods, Golden Valley reaches its final alcohol level naturally during distillation. Nothing is added. Nothing is corrected.

This approach preserves texture, aromatic integrity, and the structural character of the grape.

Resting & Integration

Although Peruvian regulations require a minimum resting period, Golden Valley rests for no less than six months in neutral vessels before bottling.

This extended integration allows alcohol and aromatic compounds to harmonize naturally, refining the finish while maintaining the identity and transparency of the distillate.

The result is a composed, structured, and elegant Pisco.

Designed for Modern Bars

Golden Valley was created to move beyond cultural boundaries. It belongs in fine dining programs and contemporary cocktail menus — not as a novelty, but as a disciplined expression of Peruvian distillation.
